Actions

Create Ticket

  1. Navigate to Home
  2. Click the "+ Ticket" button at the top left of the home view
  3. Enter in ticket fields (Subject and Description)
  4. Press "Create Ticket"

Create Ticket Comment

  1. Navigate to Home
  2. See tickets displayed by category Open/Closed/On Hold
  3. Click on a ticket title (Must be a ticket created by your user)
  4. Press "+ Comment" button
  5. Add comment to open text field.
  6. Press "Create Comment" button

View Tickets

  1. Navigate to Home
  2. See tickets displayed by category Open/Closed/On Hold

View Ticket Details

  1. Navigate to Home
  2. See tickets displayed by category Open/Closed/On Hold
  3. Click on a ticket title (Default Users can only see their tickets)
  4. See ticket details

View Reporting

  1. Navigate to Reporting.
  2. See reporting charts.
  3. Change start and end date filters.
  4. Press search button.

View Notifications

  1. Navigate to Notifications (Bell Icon)
  2. See notifications

View Support Contact Information

  1. Navigate to Home
  2. Click on Support icon (Question mark symbol)
  3. View support contact information
